Waste Plastic Recycling Line
The plastic recycling machine is an automotive line for recycling the PET bottles and other waste plastic profile and the film .
The processing procedure of waste plastic recycling lineis as following:
Conveying raw material→Crushing with water→ Feeding →No.1 Rising washer→Feeding →Agitating washer→Feeding→Horizontal frication washer →No.2 Rising washer →Feeding→No.3 Rising Washer→Feeding →Dehydrating machine→Pump conveying system→Hopper
For the plastic recycling line ,the final product is the cleaning flakes ,if you want the final product is pellets ,we should equip the granulator line again .
Normally the washing line is including the following machinery:

9 | Friction washer | Surface clean the materials ( two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE) |
10 | Dewatering machine | for mechanical surface drying of the material with rotating roller ( two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE) |
11 | Blowing and drying system | For discharging and transporting the material from the dryer 2. For final drying of the material to the necessary residual level for down stream material processing |
12 | Cyclone silo | for separation of dust and fine material to achieve a better quality final product and Storagefor the final products |
